Where We Take It From Paper To The Air
We are always looking for good Ironworkers, Welders, Laborers, riggers, Forklift operators in the trade field!
Work we perform:
Setting steel with forklifts and cranes, welding steel as it’s erected, rigging steel members, bolting out, hammer drilling, laying-out, torching, laying metal deck, screwing metal deck, welding metal deck, install stairs, install handrail, install ladders, etc.
Frequent Saftey meetings along with annual Saftey training
Required PPE for R&D Steel employees: Hardhat, sleeved shirts, Jean pants, Saftey glasses, gloves, Saftey toe work boots, high visibility shirt or vests.
Benefits: Average forty hour work weeks, overtime required as needed, time and a half after forty hours, one week paid vacation after one year of employment, insurance offered after one year of employment, Direct deposit.
Out of town work: jobs that are more than three hours away from the office will require the crew to stay out of town. R&D Steel will provide a hotel for each night you are out of town along with twenty dollars for perdeum each night you spend out of town.
Pay periods are weekly.

Our employees are certified in forklift and aerial platform lift operation annually.
